JAIHO (Journey to Achieve, Inspire, Harness Opportunities) is Achariya’s visionary initiative aimed at nurturing entrepreneurship and financial intelligence among students from a young age. Rooted in real-world learning, the JAIHO Clubs are embedded within our school curriculum, providing weekly assignments and challenges that develop students’ business acumen, leadership qualities, innovation mindset, and financial literacy. These activities encourage students to think beyond textbooks, solve real-world problems, and even ideate micro-business models, laying a strong foundation for entrepreneurial thinking during their formative years.

At the college level, JAIHO takes a more structured and immersive approach. Our BBA students are groomed through a dedicated “JAIHO Batch”, where they follow a specially curated entrepreneurship curriculum combined with internship programs and startup mentoring. This curriculum is supported by Achariya’s strong industry network, with experts guiding students on ideation, business development, market research, and pitching. Students also get exposure through incubation support, competitions, and real-time business model creation, preparing them not just for jobs but to become job creators. JAIHO is not just a program—it’s a culture that instills self-belief, courage to innovate, and the resilience to build.
